As someone called Nichola below the age of 20, I would say that I completely hate the name! Everyone I know thinks it's cringe and it's just spelt weird to make it worse and would change my name if I could. I advise not burdening a child with my name.

I prefer Nichola to Nicola/Nicole. The "h" makes it look more Italian.

Nichola is a lovely name and I like the way this is spelt. I hate it when it is spelt with an 'H' in it. This flows lovely off the tongue.
