Nanda Bayin (Burmese: နန္ဒဘုရင်, pronounced [nàɰ̃da̰ bəjɪ̀ɰ̃]; Thai: นันทบุเรง, RTGS: Nantha Bureng; 9 November 1535 – 30 November [O.S. 20 November] 1600), was king of the Toungoo dynasty of Burma (Myanmar) from 1581 to 1599. He presided over the collapse of Toungoo Empire, the largest empire in the history of Southeast Asia.
This can also be an Indian surname.
Nanda is also used as a short form of [Ferdinanda] in German-speaking countries.
I believe the pronunciation is NAHN-dah (correct me if I'm wrong though).
A very beautiful name. However, there is a chance of being called Panda Bear. ;-)
