Naia Butler-Craig is an American aerospace engineer, a science communicator and social activist. Butler-Craig was named “Executive Member of the Year” by the National Society of Black Engineers, Region III in 2018. In 2019 the Mars Generation program named her on their space award winners. In 2020 she received the Modern-Day Technology Leader Award, part of the Black Engineer of the Year Awards, and Popular Mechanic named her one of ten women to follow on Twitter. She was featured in the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Science for her contribution to advancing diversity in STEM.
Naia Hall-West is a film producer known for The Forfeit (1991), Eddie (2013), and Kenny & Dolly: A Christmas to Remember (1984); and is a daughter of cinematographer Conrad Lafcadio Hall, ASC.
This name would sound nice with Leah, especially if you put them together and create Leanaia. This name has probably not been created yet, but I love it and would use it.
