Nagi Maehashi (RecipeTinEats) is a Japanese Australian woman who creates and shares various recipes online, and through social media. Her recipes mainly focus on cooking with cheap and shelf stable ingredients. She also runs a foodbank in Sydney, and has released two cookbooks.
