You should remove the Ukrainian usage from this entry, as Мирон is actually properly transcribed as Myron and not Miron:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ukrainian_alphabet#Letter_names_and_pronunciation (in English) [noted -ed]
Miron Yanovich Fyodorov, better known as Oxxxymiron, is a Russian hip-hop artist.
Also used in Hungary. Pronunciation: MI-ron.
Miron is also used in Georgia, where it is a variant form of Mironi (= main Georgian form of Myron). In Georgian, Miron is written as: მირონ.
Miron is also the Bulgarian, Croatian, Romanian, Serbian and Ukrainian form of Myron. It is spelled as Мирон in Bulgaria, Serbia and Ukraine, while it is spelled with the Latin alphabet in Croatia and Romania. [noted -ed]
I didn't know this back in 2013, but მირონ (Miron) is actually the standard Georgian form of the Greek given name Μύρων (Myron). მირონი (Mironi) is simply the nominative case form of the name.მირონი (mironi) is also a regular vocabulary word in Georgian. It means "chrism" and comes from the same root as the aforementioned Greek given name Myron.Lastly, these days Miron is rare in Georgia. It was a bit more common in older times, which is indicated by the existence of the Georgian patronymic surnames of მირონაძე (Mironadze) and მირონიძე (Mironidze).Sources used:
