The name "Mirela" is very popular in the Albanian culture - and it transcends religious cultural boundaries. E.g., both Muslims and Christians call their daughters "Mirela". As such, culturally, Mirela comes across as a pagan name. The name is thought to have derived from the musical notes of "Mi" "Re" and "La" --- as in "Do" "Re" "Mi" "Fa" "So" "La" "Si".Other similar names include: SidorelaIt would be useful to add this information to the description of this name.
