"Milko" is what people would call the MILKMAN who delivers milk to their house, REGARDLESS of what his REAL name is! IF people were to find that the milkman had MISSED their address, they would RUN DOWN THE STREET, shouting 'MILKO! MILKO!'. Just like that! I COULDN`T stop laughing when I found this name on this website because I DIDN`T think it WOULD have ANY other origin!
