I imagine that "Milditha" could work as a variant of Mildith, given the other forms of the name and also since the name 'Editha' is a form of the name 'Edith". I can't find any sources for a meaning or origin of "Milditha" though.

I had never heard of this name before. It is very unusual-sounding. I think it might be a little hard for some to pronounce and Milgyds might get called "Mildred" but it is a very interesting name. Nicknames could be Millie,
Gyddie, Mildie, Mil.
