Midori is also used as a masculine name in Japanese. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine". Some evidence for this is that Midori is also used as a name element in unisex and masculine Japanese names, such as Midorihiko, Midorinosuke, Midorisuke, Midoriya, etc.Sources: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midori (I think) https://forebears.io/forenames/midori https://5go.biz/sei/cgi/ninki1.htm

MIDORI is the beautiful green color liqueur with refreshing and fruity taste of melon.
Midori Goto is known simply as Midori, and is one of the most AMAZINGTASTIC violinists ever. I'm a violinist myself, and seeing this woman play live was akin to a religious experience. If I met a child with her name, I would hear beautiful music in my head. That being said, the name does bear a bit of a resemblance to Midol.
Midori can also be written with the kanji for 'beautiful' (mi) & 'bird' (tori/dori) meaning 'beautiful bird' as seen in the animanga series, Midori no Hibi. I`ve seen this name be written more commonly as 'green' though & some people with this name also write it with the hiragana & katakana system.
