This is actually my name. :] My parents lived in Italy for a year and they had a friend who had this name. Mine is pronounced May-tuh. The t sounds sort of like a d. It's not like a straight 'uh' sound though, it's natural.I love my name, it's unique, and it's funny to hear people pronouce it, 'cuz then I get to correct them. ;]
