Since this is basically a transliteration difference, often with non-Americans you see it spelled as Menachem or Menahem. That said, it does have a ton of famous bearers, like Mena[c]hem Mendel Beilis, a Jew accused of murdering a Christian child in Kyiv in the familiar blood libel, as well as, as others have noted, the Chabad-Lubavitch rebbes Mena[c]hem Mendel Schneerson (#3, known as the Tzemach Tzaddik) and Mena[c]hem Mendel Schneerson (#7, known as "The Rebbe").
I think the name is ironic since this is the name of a king infamous for his brutality, but all in all I think this name is great.
Those few seconds when I thought this name was "mahna mahna" from the Muppets... Sorry, can't help myself!
