Mateus

In Juiz de Fora, there are 2 usages of Mateus. Borough São Mateus, which the MG-353/Av. President Itamar Franco, and contains Independência Shopping, one of the most important malls in the city. There is also R. São Mateus, which starts at the roundabout with R. Doctor José Barbosa and goes all the way to R. Chancellor Oswaldo Aranha, extending a total of 1.5 km or 0.932 miles. And there is a city next to Belo Horizonte that is called Mateus Leme, and the only highway passing through it is MG-050. Another highway that starts there is the LMG-821 which goes down to Serra Azul.

Mateus is the name of one of the Espers from the video game Final Fantasy XII. He wields ice-based magicks and represents the Zodiac sign Pisces. (Although in his case the name probably derives from a different source.)
