Masaki (匡希) Matsuura (松浦) born in 1993 is a member of 'Official Hige Dandism' (Official髭男dism, stylized as Official HIGE DANdism), commonly abbreviated Higedan (ヒゲダン), a Japanese pop rock band formed in Shimane, Japan in 2012 by Satoshi Fujihara (lead vocals, piano), Daisuke Ozasa (lead guitar, backing vocals), Makoto Narazaki (bass, saxophone, backing vocals) and Masaki Matsuura (drums, percussion, backing vocals). Matsuura also designs Official Hige Dandism goods and LINE stamps.
