Lyndsey looks too trendy.

I really do like this name. I think it is very beautiful and should belong to a smarter person that is a girl.

There is someone I know with this name, she is a bit high strung and can be grumpy so when I see the name spelled this way, it makes me think of her. Lyndsey is not an ugly name, it's easy to remember, but to me someone who spells it this in my opinion is an unusually hyper person with many quirks.

This is a very popular name and becoming a popular spelling. I personally don't like this spelling of the name much, it looks weird with a double y, and knowing someone who spells her name this way does not really help the case. Personally I think the original spelling is better, otherwise it isn't a bad name, just not overly fond of it :)

I personally do not like this spelling of the original Lindsey, though it is not a spelling you see as often.

I have a character whose second middle name is Lyndsey, and he's a boy. I definitely prefer this spelling on a boy. I can't imagine it any other way. I do like it, as it's a nice name.

This is how my name is spelled, and I can't stand it. People always, always, ALWAYS spell it wrong. There are people who have known me for years and still spell it wrong. I have nothing against the name in general, I just hate the way it's spelled.
