One of my favorites! It's so pretty pronounced in Albanian, and the meaning strongly awakens my seventh sense: dreaming. It makes my head spin with colors and sparkles. So beautiful...
In a book I'm currently writing, "The Snow Princess", Luljeta is the name the element of Life gave herself. She, along with the elements of Water, Fire, Air, and Earth, created humanity, but the element of Ice, or the Snow Queen, objected against this, so she resents humans.
I believe the second "L" is palatalized, so in IPA (international phonetic alphabet) it would be pronounced as: [lu.ˈlʲɛt.ə]An English approximation would be [loo-LYEHT-uh] or if you have trouble palatalizing the second "L" you could change it to something like [lool-YEHT-uh].
I agree with the person above me this name is very pretty. Since I saw another Albanian name that has a J in it and the pronunciation listed said it was pronounced like the letter 'Y', I assume this to be "lool-YET-ah".
