For "Lu," the "U" is said as in "Rude." Stress "I" to "EE." An "S" sandwiched between two vowels creates "Z." "E" in "Sella" is spoken as "Eh," "Aye," or otherwise "Zey." Both "L"s must be pronounced... the task is most easily accomplished by placing extra emphasis on the letter before-- in Luisella's case: "E." Continue the "E" throughout "L," hold, linger, and finish off smoothly. "A" is as usual, in "Father."
