I love this name! It's old, powerful, and I like the 'z' because it makes the whole name sound more vibrant. Of course, there's Lucrezia Borgia, but since she actually wasn't a demon poisoner or anything and she was really a woman who backed the arts in her duchys and was well-liked by many contemporaries, that suits me just fine!
I love the name Lucretia, and I possibly like the sound of Lucrezia even better. However (even though I'm of Italian descent), I think using Lucrezia in America would be asking a lot of people to spell/pronounce my daughter's name wrong. Now, if I lived in Italy, this wouldn't be a problem... :-)

Reminds me about Lucrezia Borgia, of course. But it's fine, cause she had beauty and charizma.
