Lei 1

This is my nickname. My mom calls me 'Lei lei', and my dad calls me 'leibaku'. My paternal grandmother is of Japanese descent, that's where the 'baku' part comes in. Everyone else just calls my Lei. I love it.

I think Lei is such a nice name for a girl! I can easily picture a little Hawaiian girl with long, wavy black hair, dark eyes, tan skin and a hula skirt dancing/playing on the sand. It reminds of the ocean, and the Hawaiian islands. I think this name is so sweet and absolutely adorable!
