As of 2023, the star WASP-63 has been named Kosjenka, and the exoplanet WASP-63 B has been named Regoč, after the fairy tale by Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić, in which Kosjenka the fairy and Regoč the giant are best friends adventuring together.

Possibly it comes from the root "kosa", meaning "hair". In the fairy tale, the character Kosjenka had very long and tangled hair, and historically hair has been a feminine beauty symbol.
