A submission in the Submitted Names Database claimed that Konstantina is also used in the country of Georgia.I looked into this and this indeed appears to be the case. There is one caveat, however: the name seems to be very rare in Georgia. At least, that is the impression that I get from social media. There is virtually no one on https://ge.linkedin.com and on Facebook, the search results get too cluttered: either with bearers from other countries, or with Georgian men named Konstantine. As a result, I was able to find only one Georgian bearer, namely Naira-Konstantina Avaliani. In addition to this, Georgian name sources make no mention of Konstantina: they only mention the masculine name Konstantine. All in all, the conclusion is that it is not worth it to add the usage of "Georgian" to this name. I just figured that I should honour the original submission, which really should have been a comment instead of an independent entry (which I will be using for a different but related name after this).Lastly, the name Konstantina is written as კონსტანტინა in Georgian and is (apparently) pronounced as KAWN-STAHN-TEE-NA.
I recently met a woman with this name. I bumped into her a week later and she told me she had forgotten my name. The punchline? My name is Constantine! (She is no dope either.)
