I'm Czech and have never heard of it. If it's German, it's German, leave it to them. There's too many real and common Czech names missing on this site, I'd say it's soon to start adding ones that nobody knows, even the locals. [noted -ed]
There was one Bulgarian king Koloman I (Kaliman) of Bulgaria from 1241 to 1246, born about 1234, son of Anna Maria of Hungary, grandchild of Andrew II the Jerosolimitan (1205–1235).
Koloman (Kolo) Moser was an influential artist in turn-of-the-20th century Vienna, Austria, largely associated with the Vienna Secession and the Secessionism movement. He was also founding member of the Wiener Werkstaette, a workshop associated with the arts and crafts movement, along with others such as Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, Carl Moll, and Oskar Kokoschka.
