This was my great-great-grandfather's name, but spelt Kaleel. He was born in 1863 and was white but hailed from Lebanon. He came to America shortly before my great-grandfather was born, facing persecution for his faith. From what I've heard he owned a confectionary and did quite well for his family. I'm on here because I've noticed most men with this name spell it this way, and was wondering if anyone knew anyone else with this spelling.
Since "Khalil" is the second name of Prophet Ibrahim and that I want to use "Farhan" as my family name, I would love to name my son "Musa Khalil F_____" because I want to keep the "MKF" tradition alive! Well, I was given the name "Muhammad Khaliq F____" at birth and I'll make sure all my children are known as "MKF", just like myself!
