Kev

In England, "Kev" is another word for chav, which means white trash.

I'm in England, and I don't get the reference at all - see other comment. I don't really think that Kev is a full name, that should go on the birth certificate. It's a nickname, like Phil, Mike, Dave, etc. I do think that Kev is super cute, though. I adore Kevin/Kev, and so I guess some English girls do like this name.
