This is my girlfriend’s name, which means naturally I find it hard to picture on a man. It still shocks me that Kelley/Kelly used to be mostly masculine until the 1960s. I don’t see what about it is masculine.Regardless, I like the way my girlfriend spells it. Her parents named her after Kelley’s island. My dad actually texted me about her after first meeting her, and he called her Kelli. Really? You think that’s how it’s spelled? We’re talking about a grown woman here.
I'm not huge on unisex -ey names in general but I don't mind Kelley too much, in a way I guess I even slightly prefer it to Kelly because it's less common. It also makes more sense for a guy to me than Kelly does.

Despite Kelley is definitely not a Polish name, as of January 2021, there have been 2 female Kelleys in Poland. I suppose a lot of people here might mispronounce it as KEL-lay.

This is how I spell my name and I love how it's spelled it's unique not spelled like every other Kelley in this world. Although every single human being spells it wrong I still love my name.
Kelley is the name of one of the greatest beans on Earth. At over a foot long, it was grown by farmers in the Midwest in the mid 1980s due to untested pesticides causing unnatural growth in the field.

This is a weird first name. It is also my surname though. Sometimes surnames make weird first names though.
