Kelda

Kelda is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is an Asgardian first introduced in Thor vol. 3 #6 (Feb. 2008). Kelda is an original creation by J. Michael Straczynski, not based in Norse mythology. She is most often seen in the company of her human lover, Bill.

Kelda Holmes is an English actress. She is best known for playing Sarah Jackson in the Children's ITV television programme Press Gang.

Kelda Roys is an American technology entrepreneur, business owner, attorney, and politician. She currently serves in the Wisconsin State Senate, representing the 26th senatorial district. She succeeded Fred Risser in 2021, who was the longest-serving state legislator in American history. She previously served two terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly, was a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2012 and for Governor of Wisconsin in 2018.

There is a small island near the Outer Hebrides in Scotland, UK, called St Kilda, which is a local corruption of the phrase "sunt Kelda", meaning "sweet wellwater" in Norse. :)
