The Hunger Games is awesome and this is a good name but it sounds too similar to "cat p###" so I would not recommend naming your child this. If you are a fan of The Hunger Games I would recommend naming your child Primrose instead.

Unlike Primrose, this doesn't really seem to be getting popular.
I personally like that it is associated with a plant but its similarity to catnip and cat p*ss would keep me from using it. Still it feels like a nature-y and calm name to me, which I like.
