I find Kassidy more fitting as a girl's name than Cassidy. In general I much prefer names starting with the "kuh" sound to use C for boys and K for girls. In this case use of "K" is even more obvious because of the famous outlaw Butch Cassidy giving C-Cassidy at least a somewhat masculine undertone.

My name is Kassidy and I love it both with a k or a c but I’m more interested with the k one.
I usually don't really like "unique" spellings of common names, but I love this spelling! The K just makes the name look really cool and spunky somehow.
Kassidy Leigh Cook (born May 9, 1995) is an American diver. Cook was a member of the United States national diving team in 2012. She missed out on competing in the Olympics by 0.4 points on June 23, 2012, but in 2016 she qualified for and competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics, placing 13th in the women's 3 metre springboard event.
It could be worse, I suppose. Like, "Kahzeyiteighe", or something. But really, I prefer Cassidy, which sounds and looks very nice, if a tad on the trendy side.

Wow. Realize someone has that name. Cassidy with a C go look what they said about your name spelt with a C and see if u feel like you love your name. My daughter's name is Kassidy and she is a magnificent young girl. Loveable, quarky, kind, thoughtful. Get your lame lives out of a place where people are trying to look at meanings of names.

My name is Cassidy, and I HATE when people spell "Cassidy", with a K. It looks so ugly. I love my name, but if I spelled it with a K, I would absolutely hate my name.
My dream name. I really like this name, it's very pretty and unique in its own way and I've never come across anyone with this name. My actual name is Katrina, but my friend and I always say I look more like a Kassidy or a Tess. Simply beautiful.
