Absolutely atrocious and terrible spelling, at least don’t be a street walker when you have this name. Also why turn a perfectly good name like Gina into a tacky one?
The only problem with it is that I always want to pronounce it more like "dgi-Ahna" or "dgey-Ahna". I don't know if that's right. I use IPA so I don't understand how your phonetic alphabet works.
I really like the name Jeana. It's very trendy! My middle name is Jean and when I grow up and maybe have a daughter, I wouldn't hesistate to use it. My grandmother forced my mom to name me this because it was her middle name and my grandmother was very important to me. I hope this name will come back in style.

I like this spelling much better than Gina. It sounds much prettier than Jean, and is much better than trendy names like Jenna. I don't know if I'd ever use it, but it is nice.
This is my name as you can tell from my sign in name. I'm indifferent to the name Gina. My birth mother really liked it and then after I was adopted my parents opted for the spelling Jeana because my mum's middle name is Jean. I love this spelling and hope one day I'll embrace my name.
