Jacobinas are Filipino biscuits. They are distinctively cubical in shape, resembling a thicker galletas de patatas (egg cracklets).

Best feminine form for Jacob! I will use Jacob as a nickname! I'm also planning to name my baby girl Jacob alone.
Most feminine forms of male names look weird, and Jaocobina is one of them. It sounds funky-clunky, just like Cuthberta, Abrahamina and Benjamina. Don't give your child this name, it's a burden.
Add Usage: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, EnglishPronounced: ya-kaw-BEE-na (Swedish), ya-go-BEH-na (Danish), jak-ə-BEE-nə (English)Feminine form of Iacobus (see JACOB or JAMES) used in several languages.
I'm adopted. My 'adopted' mother & father gave me the name - Jacobina. My dad nicknamed me Cobi. I should mention my adoptive mom is German/French & my dad is American. I'm a German citizen. I can speak fluent German, French & English/American. Unfortunately, most people mispronounce my full name. The proper pronunciation is Yah-Co-Bee-Nah via the German language. I go by Cobi, it fits my personality & is much easier for people to pronounce!
Pretty sure most people who think the name is ugly are thinking it's pronounced jay-kob, ee-na or jay-kob-eye-na... not the actual pronunciation, yah-ko-BEE-na. It's a pretty name, and it's not JUST a random feminization. It's a Hebrew name and has also been widely used around Scotland since the 17th century.
This name just looks and sounds very unflattering for a girl. I love the name Jacob for a boy, but why try to make a perfectly good boys name feminine?
