This is such a strange name in English; I didn't know how to pronounce it. I suppose it would sound quite unusual, but lovely, in France though. :)

Nowadays Hugo is very popular also in France so I would not be surprised if anyone looked for an hidden gem like Huguette starting a comeback.
I personally would not use it because I have not any tie nor links with it but I would be glad to see it instead of the ton Camille and Isabelle and Léa here and there.
I approve its usage!
