I like many -ette name. This one seems refined with quite a Medieval (positive) vibe.Nowadays Hugo is very popular also in France so I would not be surprised if anyone looked for an hidden gem like Huguette starting a comeback.I personally would not use it because I have not any tie nor links with it but I would be glad to see it instead of the ton Camille and Isabelle and Léa here and there.I approve its usage!
A famous bearer is the late American heiress Huguette Clark (1906-2011), who was the daughter of former United States senator and industrialist William A. Clark (1839-1925). Huguette is most known for the reclusive lifestyle that she led, withdrawing completely from society before she was 30 and spending the remainder of her long life in a hospital room.
