I had neighbours recently who had two girls, the older called Indiana and the younger Holland. Not sure if they'd go for a further geographical one if they had a third. :-)

It's generally a last name but it makes an excellent gender-neutral first name. I've met a guy called Holland so I sway towards male but I can imagine naming a girl Holland.
