Hodan

Hodan Abdirahman is a Somali pop singer and the daughter of iconic singers from the Waaberi group, Amina Abdullahi and Abdirahman Dheere. She is considered to be one of the greatest Somali female vocalists of all time.

Hodan Ahmed (Somali: Hodan Axmed; Arabic: هودان أحمد‎) is a Somali political activist. She helped form the Somali Women Parliamentary Association the Transitional Federal Parliament of Somalia, which was succeeded by the Federal Parliament of Somalia. She serves as a Senior Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute.

Hodan Nalayeh (Somali: Hodan Naalaye; Arabic: هودان نالايآه‎; 1976 – July 12, 2019) was a Somali-Canadian media executive, marketing consultant, social activist and entrepreneur. She was president of the Cultural Integration Agency and vice president of Sales & Programming Development of Cameraworks Productions International.
