Heiner

Heiner Bielefeldt (April 12, 1958) is a German philosopher, historian and Catholic theologian. He is Professor of Human Rights and Human Rights Policy at the University of Erlangen. In 2010, he was appointed United Nations Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Religion or Belief.

Heiner Brand is a former West German handball player. He was the Germany national handball team coach from 1997 to 2011. He is the only person who has won the world handball championship, both as a player and as a coach.
