I think it's pronounced [ie - SEH - a]. Basque Z is pronounced similarly to English S, whereas Basque S is a bit more unique (though it doesn't sound too different). [noted -ed]

This name is not pronounced like Hazel, it's pronounced eye-zeh-uh not hay-zee-uh.
