It does. Out of all the names in the "ends in -anna" and "ends in -ina" categories, only Adina and Vanna are the ones used for both males and females, and they didn't even add -anna or -ina.

I'm not used to having this name spelled Georgeanna, I always see it as Georgianna. This name means farmer. And it is the female form of George. There is a character in Pride and Prejudice with this name.

Actually, there isn't. It's Georgiana in Pride and Prejudice (Mr. Darcy's sister.) Sorry, can't help but be geek-ish when it comes to the classics. ;)
