Gamal

Gamal Abdel Nasser was an Egyptian general who led the overthrow of the Egyptian monarchy in 1952. He later served as Egypt's second president. He is particularly known for nationalizing the Suez Canal from the UK in 1956, which led to the Suez Crisis.
