It's popular in Armenia where it's spelled Gaiane, but my best friend of a few years back who had it also, went by Gaiana. It's pronounced Ga-IA-na.

I think this name is very beautiful. I also love the names Gaia and Gia. I think this is a nice alternative to those names.
