Ms. Flo (possibly short for Florence, etc.) Pauling is a non-player character in Valve's 2007 video game Team Fortress 2, also appearing in the webcomics based on the video game. Her given name was confirmed in the seventh mainline comic issue, which was released on December 20 2024.
