I love this as a nickname for Felicity but it’s a bit strange to use it by itself in my opinion.

Several fictional male characters have been named Flick including a duck character in PB&J Otter; a chameleon in Animal Crossing: New Horizons and one of the characters in the book: The Sword of Shannara and in the TV spinoff: The Shannara Chronicles. This can also be a diminutive of Felix according to a random comment in THIS websitePlease DON't delete this submission.https://nookipedia.com/wiki/Flick https://disney.fandom.com/wiki/Flick_Duck https://shannara.fandom.com/wiki/Flick_Ohmsford(Information from name #331496 originally submitted by user LionB3)

Aw, this is cute! I want to use this on a book character! I don’t understand all the hate Flick is getting.
In the 1983 hit film "A Christmas Story," Ralphie's (Peter Billingsley) friend, a boy, bears the name "Flick" (Scott Schwartz), whom I believe was the poor soul with his tongue stuck to a flagpole.
I think this makes a cute nickname for Felicity, but I would never use it as a full name. Come to think of it, I don't think I would ever use the name Felicity either, it's a bit cheesy and sappy, I suppose, for my tastes. Oh well, I could always use this name for a dog.
It doesn't matter if Flick sounds like a boys name because it is to be used as a nickname, not a full name. I think it is very cute for a little Felicity.
