Flaviano Olivares (1911-1997) was a Philippine Brigadier general and a three-time recipient of Distinguished Service Star and a single Military Merit Medal.
Flaviano Yengko y Abad (1874 – 1897) was a Filipino army general. He was one of the youngest generals during the Philippine Revolution, next only to Gregorio del Pilar (The Boy General) and Manuel Tinio y Bundoc (commander of the Tinio Brigade. The Soul of Insurrection in the North. The "Magiting" of Katipunan). He was regarded as the "Hero of Salitran".
Flaviano Bucci (1817–1906) was an Italian painter. He was a colleague and friend of the painters Palizzi, Smargiassi, and Vianelli. He was not prolific, and among his major works are a Beggar once at the pinacoteca of the Palace of Capodimonte, A flower girl, and many portraits, including Donna Laura his wife, and pastels of the Count of Castellana and his son Andrea. He tended to paint subjects in typical peasant garb of Southern Italy. Among his pupils was Raffaello Pagliaccetti.
