The name is a suburb in Melbourne, Australia. Which the dude who commented in 2009 stated. It was also an AFL (Australian Football League) which was merged with Brisbane in the mid 90s. They were absolute crap so they decided to get rid of them. To be fair they were poor.

Yuck. I agree with the bad connotation, but I also think that the meaning implies that the bearer would have some sense of entitlement. It will result in an arrogant, selfish person.
