Findlay is a fab name! It was the name I chose for my baby right up until he was born. (My husband hated it and we went with 'Rowan' instead). I think 'Fin' as a nickname is great, too. If your name is 'Findlay,' I imagine you're a really easy-going friendly guy with an optimistic outlook in life; it just sounds alive.

Following much investigation in to the name Findlay, in respect of trying to decide on a middle name for my unborn child, I keep coming to the same outcome: that Findlay means blonde haired warrior and is originally Celtic/Gaelic.

Oh, and don't use Finley either. Findlay is way better than Finley, and that is not a compliment for either name.
