Fikret

Fikret is also used in Bosnia, where it's masculine only. (Fikreta is the feminine form used in Bosnia.) [noted -ed]

Fikret is also used as a feminine name in Turkish, alongside Fikriye. However, Fikret is more common for males. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be changed from "Masculine" to "Masculine & Feminine".
