I don’t know if it’s just me, but this is one of my favourite names.
Farley Granger, best known for starring in the Hitchcock films Rope and Strangers on a Train.
Unattractive, and it sounds so strange on a girl. Do people realize that just because a name ends with -ley does not mean it's feminine?

Farley Drexel Hatcher, better known as Fudge, was one of the main characters from the Judy Blume novel “Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing, ” as well as its sequels.
I don't know if fit's because of the late actor but...
Farley conjures up an image of a fat, ugly, disgusting and greasy type of male for me. Like beer belly, or over weight, no manners, burps and farts whenever he pleases.
A year or so ago I saw an episode of Supernanny with a little girl named Farley and fell in love with it. I doubt that I'd use it for my daughter but I'd definitely use it for a characters or maybe as my child's middle name.
It's a cognate of the word "fairly".
This name sounds kind of ugly to me, and it's too masculine for girls and women. This could be turned into the epithet 'Fartley'. It also still reminds me of a former host on MTV Europe from the late 90s and early 00s. This was his surname. The guy was a jerk.
