Audrey Fabiola Mengue Pambo (b. 1989) is a Gabonese Paralympic athlete who competed at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris.

Fabiola Cabeza de Baca Gilbert (1894 – 1991) was an American educator, nutritionist, activist and writer. Cabeza de Baca is also known as the inventor of the U-shaped fried taco shell. She was also the first known published author of a cookbook describing New Mexican cuisine. Cabeza de Baca was fluent in Spanish, English, Tewa and Tiwa.

Fabiola Yáñez is an Argentine journalist and actress who is the current First Lady of Argentina. She has been the domestic partner of President Alberto Fernández since 2014.
