I'm not exactly sure why, but I think this name would be great for a fantasy book character! Probably how it has some resemblance to the word "fable", though. Cool name!

This name, being the name of the Queen of the Belgians (nee Fabiola de Mora y Aragon) became extremely popular in Spain (the queen's native country) during the 60's. [noted -ed]
