It means "Good Bloom" from Greek Eu "good", and Thalia "flower; bloom". Not just bloom. I love this name.

I can be wrong of course, but I think that "THALIA" alone, as many other sources happen to claim, means "flower" or "bloom", an the "eu" part is a Greek prefix which means "good". Then, this name would mean rather "good flower/good bloom" than just "flower/bloom".
