This is a place name in Philip Pullman's book series "His Dark Materials", first released in 1995. Lake Enara is where several clans of witches are based. Pullman named several places in his series after birds, "Enara" meaning "swallow" in Basque. The lake in the book series is likely based on Lake Inari in Finland, in the real world.
