Elli is a really cool name. I think in the English-speaking world it makes more sense to just use Ellie since that's far more common and I bet people would misspell Elli all the time. Yet I also think that Elli has quite a different vibe to Ellie, for some reason. It feels a bit more edgy and dynamic.
